Which wading boots should you wear for riding a quad through fords?
Wading boots for quad riding go on over the neoprene socks at the end of your waders and give you secure footing when you must get off in a ford, push the machine or walk the bank. Water drains out through the drainage holes, so the boot does not get heavier after a ford. How to choose
For a quad rider, the first question is the sole: a tread that mud does not stick to for mud, and for stones a deep-patterned rubber sole or Vibram and Michelin. Because a neoprene sock goes inside the boot, choose a larger size than your everyday shoes.
