Materials & technology
HARD-TEX® 4-layer membrane
A microporous membrane with billions of pores smaller than a raindrop and larger than a vapour molecule: it stops water from outside yet lets sweat vapour escape, so you don’t overheat. The 4-layer build gives maximum durability and 20,000 mm water resistance.
Reinforced lower section
A denser, more abrasion-resistant fabric at the bottom: less wear when sitting in the boat, wading or pushing through brush, so the bib lasts longer.
Water-resistant YKK zippers
Japanese YKK zippers with a reliable action: a central front zipper and side zippers to keep water from getting in through the openings.
Pockets and suspenders
Four chest pockets (two fleece-lined to warm your hands) and a roomy side pocket with a tool loop. Integrated suspenders and a Velcro waist keep the bib in place all day.

Measure Your Height

If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose according to how the pants will be used. For active outdoor use, the fabric should never feel tight across the waist, hips or knees.

Product Care Instructions
- Wash membrane clothing only with special detergents, such as Mountval Wash & Care, at a temperature no higher than 30 °C, without fabric softeners or bleach.
- After washing, restore water repellency using Mountval Waterproofing Refresher (wash-in) or a spray-on impregnation, following the product instructions.
- After impregnation, allow the product to dry naturally.
- Repair minor membrane damages with special glue, such as Aquaseal / Aquasure, only on clean and dry surfaces.
- Clean boots by hand, do not use a washing machine; if needed, use impregnation products designed for technical footwear.
Regular care helps maintain water repellency, breathability, and prolongs the product's lifespan.

We receive goods at our central warehouse twice per week: on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Depending on the order submission time, goods are included in the corresponding delivery cycle:

- The returned item must be unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Membrane waterproofing and breathability
