Cap Finntrail SPINNER Olive 9623
A lightweight breathable cap with laser perforation and a firm curved brim, made for fishing, travel and active days outdoors in the warm season. The Finntrail SPINNER DarkGrey 9623 cap is made from a light moisture-wicking fabric, and the laser perforation on the side and back panels lets air through, so your head does not overheat. An inner band absorbs excess moisture and keeps a dry feel even under load, the firm curved brim shades your eyes from the sun, and the plastic adjuster at the back fits the cap to your head. This is an everyday warm season cap, not rain protection: it has no membrane.

Light moisture-wicking fabric
The fabric does not hold sweat against the skin but moves it outward, where it evaporates faster. That keeps the Finntrail SPINNER 9623 cap comfortable both on the trail and standing in the sun, and it dries quickly once you take it off.
Laser perforation on the sides and back
The micro holes are burned by laser, without extra seams or mesh inserts, so air moves around the whole cap. Ventilation works constantly, not only while you move, and the head does not overheat on a warm day.
Inner moisture-absorbing band
The band along the forehead collects excess moisture, so sweat does not build up at the edge of the cap and run into your eyes. A small detail, but the one you feel most under load.
Firm curved brim and plastic adjuster
The firm brim holds its shape and shades your eyes from direct sun and from glare reflected off the water. The plastic adjuster at the back fits the cap to your head, and the light plastic hardware adds no weight.
How it differs from a plain cap
Care
Wash at 30 °C on a gentle cycle with a detergent made for synthetic fabrics (Mountval Polar Wash). Skip the softener: it clogs the fabric and reduces the moisture wicking you bought this cap for. Odour, which sinks in fastest around the head, is handled by a rinse-cycle freshener (Mountval Silver Freshness). Dry flat, away from heaters and direct sun, and keep the brim out of the tumble dryer.

What size is it and is it adjustable?
The cap comes in one size (OS) for adults. There is a plastic adjuster at the back, so it fits your head and stays on even in a windy boat. The manufacturer does not state head circumference in centimetres.

Product Care Instructions
- Wash membrane clothing only with special detergents, such as Mountval Wash & Care, at a temperature no higher than 30 °C, without fabric softeners or bleach.
- After washing, restore water repellency using Mountval Waterproofing Refresher (wash-in) or a spray-on impregnation, following the product instructions.
- After impregnation, allow the product to dry naturally.
- Repair minor membrane damages with special glue, such as Aquaseal / Aquasure, only on clean and dry surfaces.
- Clean boots by hand, do not use a washing machine; if needed, use impregnation products designed for technical footwear.
Regular care helps maintain water repellency, breathability, and prolongs the product's lifespan.

We receive goods at our central warehouse twice per week: on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Depending on the order submission time, goods are included in the corresponding delivery cycle:

- Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- The returned item must be unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Returns are free within Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. From other countries the return shipment is paid by the buyer.
- In Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, together with the notification about the delivered parcel you will receive a return code allowing you to return the item via any parcel locker.

Membrane fabric is usually described using two numbers, often separated by a slash: waterproofness and breathability. The first number indicates waterproofness, the second indicates breathability.
