Wash at 30 °C on a gentle cycle with liquid detergent. Never use fabric softener: it clogs the membrane and the garment stops breathing. When water no longer beads off, refresh the water-repellent finish with a proofer. Dry at room temperature, not on a radiator.

Why is breathability lower than on the THUNDER?
A four-layer fabric is tougher but breathes a little worse. That is a deliberate trade-off: you choose between durability and breathability depending on how you use the jacket.
Is it suitable for off-road riding?
Yes, that is one of the main purposes of this model: the tough fabric stands up to rubbing against machinery and vegetation.
What do the water resistance and breathability numbers mean?
Millimetres show the water column the fabric holds without letting water through: 10,000 mm is considered a good level for rain, while 20,000 mm already withstands long rain and pressure, for example when you sit on a wet surface. Grams per square metre per day show how much moisture the fabric releases from the inside. The higher the number, the less you sweat.
